(you can't park on Elmira...we're blocking off the street, y'all!)

Some Prom hints...

Good "one stop shopping"-
The Value Village on Memorial Drive in the Kroger CitiCenter has great prom attire. You can then head to "Wigs and Beepers" for your accessories!

Don't wait until the day of Prom to get your outfit...most places have been thoroughly picked over by then.
