Dogs should be fine...but should be leashed at the end and at certain parts of the trail. Strollers and walkers will be given a stroller and walker friendly option. This trail will be short and sweet for those race-ists doing the ING in the AM. Complete the FITNESS CHALLENGE and win a PSYCHEDELIC T-SHIRT!!!

You have your choice of a fine variety of bottled beer and delectable orange-ish snackie-doodles. Maybe we'll have cupcakes...you just don't know. If you've never tried chocolate chip cookies with Guinness, you haven't lived...calories be damned!
