Hare Lies:

Trail is not friendly to strollers, but it will be friendly to your dogs. The hoboes you find on trail may also be friendly to your dogs...so bring your dogs if you don't mind some friendly hoboes.

Details:

The cost is $6.00
You get a fine and varied selection of beer in bottles and orange-colored snacks (and chocolate-chip cookies to enjoy with your beer **HINT, HINT**!).
2:00pm gather, 2:30pm start

Bring a change of clothes and dry socks and shoes. Bring something warm. Bring a friend...especially one willing to keep you warm. Those are the best.

Directions:

The Kroger on Ponce...you know the one! If not, you are obviously not from around these parts.

From that expressway that runs through Atlanta:

Take 1-85/75 either north or south, depending on where you begin your travels

Take the FREEDOM PARKWAY exit 248C and head towards CARTER CENTER

Stay on FREEDOM PARKWAY until it runs into PONCE DE LEON

Take a LEFT onto PONCE de LEON (say it..."PONS-da-LEE-awn")

Kroger will be on the left behind Green's Liquor Store

Look for hashers chatting up some "working girls" and sharing a bottle of Mad Dog with a guy who calls himself "Dr. Bill Stain-Chin, the Boxcar Medic"
